My Base Station is Frozen. How to do a Hard reboot?

  1. PULL POWER from Base Station
  2. Find Reset Button right side of Base Station and hold in for approximately 8-10 seconds until screen flashes then release

  3. PTS Splashscreen will reappear on screen-WAIT until screen goes blank (approx. 30 seconds) then reapply power and restart.

The Green Battery Beacons are not on.

  1. Make sure the packs are turned on

  2. Hit the “Radio Reset” icon to bring the belt packs back online (Note this can be done at anytime, even during live play)

  3. If able turn packs off and back on

  4. Reboot base station
